We may revise these Terms from time to time. The changes will not be retroactive, and be the most current version of the Terms, which will always be at www.nsce.com.ng, will govern our relationship with you.

Other than for changes addressing new functions or made for legal reasons, we will notify you 30 days in advance of making effective changes to these Terms that impact the rights and or obligations of any party to these Terms, for example via a service notification or an email to the email associated with your account.

By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

NSCE’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms are an agreement between you (account holder) and N.S.C.E. Company Limited, a Nigerian company with its Registered Office at Kilometre 15, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Behind Aramed Hospital, Ibadan, Oyo State. The website www.nsce.com.ng is owned by N.S.C.E. Company Limited, with a registered office located at Registered Office at Kilometre 15, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Behind Aramed Hospital, Ibadan Oyo State.

All programs, processes and products presented on the website www.nsce.com.ng are currently unavailable in countries outside Nigeria. Consequently, the user of the website agrees to exercise his own responsibility when using this information. N.S.C.E. Company Limited is bound only by a best-endeavours obligation concerning the information it makes available to visitors to its website, www.nsce.com.ng While every effort has been made to ensure the reliability of the information contained on this website N.S.C.E. Company Limited may not be held liable for any errors, omissions or outcomes that may result from using this information. In particular, hypertext links on our site may lead users to information contained on other servers, over which N.S.C.E. Company Limited has no control.

The website www.nsce.com.ng is normally accessible 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. In case of circumstances outside N.S.C.E Company Limited’s control, difficulties associated with information systems, difficulties associated with telecommunications networks, other technical issues, or for maintenance - this list is not exhaustive - N.S.C.E Company Limited may decide to suspend or interrupt access to all or part of the site. The website can also be modified without prior notice.

N.S.C.E. Company Limited is the owner of all right, title and interest in the name of N.S.C.E. Company Limited. You are prohibited from using the name of N.S.C.E. Company Limited without the written consent of N.S.C.E. Company Limited first sought and obtained. This site and its contents are protected in accordance with the laws governing Intellectual Property in Nigeria, particularly with regard to branding, copyrights, drawings and patterns.

Under applicable laws and international treaties and agreements containing provisions on the protection of copyright, you are prohibited from reproducing (other than for your private use), selling, distributing, issuing, broadcasting, adapting, modifying, publishing, communicating in full or in part in any form the data, presentation or organization of this site, or the works protected by copyright shown on N.S.C.E. Company Limited’s website www.nsce.com.ng without the specific prior written consent of the holder of the copyright attached to the work, the presentation or organization of the site, or the data reproduced.

You are also prohibited from introducing data by whatever means to the N.S.C.E. Company Limited’s website www.nsce.com.ng that would modify or be likely to modify the content or appearance of the data, the presentation or organization of the site, or the works featured on the N.S.C.E. 3. Using The Services
a. Your Account Users shall create an account to purchase our products or use some of our services. Users are responsible for safeguarding their accounts, so they should ensure a strong password is used and limit its use to this account. NSCE cannot and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above. Users can control most communications from our services. We may need to provide you with certain communications, such as service announcements and administrative messages. These communications are considered part of our services and accounts, and users may not be able to opt-out from receiving all of them.  If you added your phone number to your account and you later change or deactivate that phone number, you must update your account information to help prevent us from communicating with anyone who acquires your old number. If you added your Company Name to your account and you later leave the company, you must update your account information (by including your new company or leaving the space blank) to help prevent us from communicating with anyone who would serve as a representative for your previous company.

b. Purchases, Transactions & Wallet NSCE shall not be liable for any miscalculation, misrepresentation of the history of the user’s financial transactions made or wallet on the website or mobile application. However, if clients believe the records of their financial transactions are not reflective of the actual transactions made in the past should contact our admin services at: admin@nsce.com for possible rectification. Order placement can only be processed after orders are scheduled and clients have indicated the convenient method to receive products i.e. “Pick up from yard or Site Delivery”. Address(es) of delivery sites must be uploaded before orders can be placed. Once the concrete batching process has commenced or any order whatsoever is in transit for delivery and the respective client has been notified, the order can NOT be cancelled. Clients should contact admin services at: admin@nsce.com if any sort of errors have been made when filling out addresses for delivery of orders. NSCE will not be liable for the damage of client’s vehicles during transit to our yards, collection of products and departure from our yards. We will not accept cash payments or any other payment methods for products asides the following: Bank transfers, Card transactions and by Wallet. Any sum of money funded to the wallet cannot be withdrawn and can only be used for purchase of products. Refunds cannot be issued for cancelled orders, however the amount paid prior to cancellation would be funded to the wallet of the respective user and shall be able to be used for other purchases. c. Ending These Terms You may end your legal agreement with NSCE at any time by deactivating your account(s) and discontinuing your use of the services. See info@nsce.com.ng for instructions on how to deactivate your account and the Privacy Policy for more information on what happens to your information. We may suspend or terminate your account or cease providing you with all or part of the services rendered at any time for any or no reason, including, but not limited to, if we reasonably believe: (i) you have violated these Terms (ii) you create risk or possible legal exposure for us; (iii) your account should be removed due to unlawful conduct, (iv) your account  should be removed due to prolonged inactivity; or (v) our provision of services to you is no longer commercially viable. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you by the email address associated with your account or the next time you attempt to access your account, depending on the circumstances. In all such cases, the Terms shall terminate, including, without limitation, your license to use services, except that the following sections shall continue to apply: II, III, V, and VI. If you believe your account was terminated in error, you can file an appeal by contacting our admin services at: admin@nsce.com. For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms survive the deactivation or termination of your account.
